I found myself a new hobby (as if I had not enough! :-) Making cakes! I made these cupcakes for last christmas. To keep them well shaped during the baking process, I litteraly baked them in cups! It worked great. And for the decoration, I used fondant and stamped them with floral stamps. To finish it of in style, I placed a dried baby rosebud on top. That part was not edible, but the rest was and it was lovely.
Ik heb een nieuwe hobby (alsof ik er nog niet genoeg had! :-) Taartjes maken! Ik heb deze cupcakes laatst gemaakt, met de kerst. Om ze goed in vorm te houden tijdens het bakken, heb ik ze letterlijk in kopjes gebakken! Het werkte geweldig. En als decoratie gebruikte ik fondant en heb ik ze bestempeld met bloemen. Om ze af te maken in dezelfde stijl, plaatse ik er een gedroogd baby rozenknopje bovenop. Dat deel was niet eetbaar, maar de rest wel en het was heerlijk.
